Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

+ Is white kraft the same as coated paper?
No. White kraft is a strong, uncoated paper with a natural feel; it prints clean, bright colours without a glossy finish.
+ Can I order a very small size?
Yes. We make the bag to your measurement, so small gift sizes are no problem.
+ Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, and the delivery details are confirmed with your quote.
+ What colour can the rope handles be?
We can match the rope to your brand, or keep it white for a minimal look.
+ Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a PDF proof of your bag, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
